Worldwide Aircraft Services, Inc. is an FAA Certified Repair Station (No. OWRF547L). Our facility provides customers with quality service at competitive prices with the highest level of craftsmanship and technical expertise. Among our many services are inspections, structural repairs, modifications and refurbishments, with a more extensive list provided below.
PROGRAMS AVAILABLE
Major Structural and Systems Modification, Alterations and Repairs, FAA Authorized Garrett Repair Facility TPE331, Hot Section, Gear Box and Camp Inspections. Hands-on maintenance assistance for Operators Contract Maintenance Phase, major inspections on lease, lease return and pre-purchase inspections. Interior refurbishment, fuel-tank leak specialist, dynamic propeller balancing, and aircraft re-weigh capabilities.
MODIFICATIONS
STC Holder for Garrett TPE331-3 to -10 Garrett Honeywell TPE331-10UA Engine Conversions for SA226T, AT & TC, Autopilot Installations, Avionics Installations, CVR, DFDR, TCAS II, GPSW and EGPWS installations. Passenger to Cargo Conversions, Click Clack/Bayonet Door Conversions, McCauley/Dowty Rotol Prop Conversions, Dual SAS Installations, Special Mission Modifications, Camera Windows, Pressure Boxes and Retractable In-Flight Lifts, Long Range Fuel Tanks, Major Factory EO's and Service Bulletins.
ENGINE REPAIR
Worldwide maintains a fully equipped engine shop with tooling and engine run stands for the Garrett/Honeywell turboprop series of engines from -3 to -12 series. The repair station authorization allows all maintenance and servicing of this series of engines up to "CAM" overhauls. Worldwide maintains a significant inventory for the 840 and 1000 SHP Garrett/Honeywell engines. In Addition to the Garrett/Honeywell engine servicing, Worldwide's repair station certification includes all maintenance inspection and repair up to but not including overhaul on the following turbo propeller engines:
- Pratt & Whitney PT6 series engines
- Pratt & Whitney PW-100 series engines
- General Electric CT7 series engines
The FAA fully authorizes Worldwide Aircraft Services to service Garrett TPE 331 series engines, as well as service and return to service many other turbine and piston engines flying in general aviation commuter and cargo fleets today. We operate a low-dust clean engine inspection and repair facility staffed by experts.
ENGINE (& PROPELLER) SERVICES INCLUDE
Hot section inspections, replacement/rebuilds gearbox inspections, repair/replacement compressor section inspections, and repair CAM inspections (Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program) in accordance with the latest applicable service bulletins. Regular maintenance and service contracts, propeller service and maintenance, Dowty Propeller 5-year grease/reseal on Saab 340 aircraft, disassembly/rebuild Hamilton standard propeller found on the ATR, Dash 8, Saab 340, and Embraer aircraft. GE CT7 -5 and -9 engine to gearbox demates and remates.
ENGINE PARTS AVAILABILITY
To keep downtime to a minimum, we have our own parts department and stock the most common wear and scheduled replacement parts, replacement propellers, and constant speed hubs.
